Refund Policy

At La Maison des Mots, every item is made to order and created especially for you with care and intention. Because our pieces are custom-produced, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before ordering. Each piece is thoughtfully designed, and once it is made, it is uniquely yours.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as it should be, we absolutely want to make it right.

Please contact us via email at alamaisondesmots@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

 

A Final Note

We take pride in the quality of our products and work closely with our production partners to ensure every item meets our standards. While we cannot accept returns on made-to-order items, we stand behind our work and are always happy to help if something is not quite right.

Note: European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
